"While mostly a landscaping store, Rock Shoppe also has a substantial mineral specimen section. They sell a variety of crystals, gems, ores (including native copper and coal), and have the best selection of Lake Superior Agates this side of the Mackinac Bridge. The staff is friendly and will go to great lengths to help research any questions you might have about rocks in general. If you need a break from the manic owner in Ypsilanti's rock shop, this place is not too far away and has a different selection. Entrance off of North Territorial rd. west of Gotfredson (the map location on Gotfredson is actually their mail box)."
