What should I bring to make sure my visit is productive?

Photos of your project area - Bring lots of photos of your house and yard. At a minimum, take a photo from the house looking towards the project area and from the project area looking towards the house. These photos will help us make suggestions of products that fit your needs.

Measurements of your project area - Length, width, and depth measurements will let us know how much product will be required.

What kind of services does the Rock Shoppe offer?

The Rock Shoppe can advise you on a variety of projects including patios, retaining walls, hardscape features, gravel driveways, water feature projects, and mulch and stone groundcover projects.

We offer free instruction on how to install all of our products.

What should I expect during my visit?

Make sure you allow yourself enough time - we have eleven acres of product for you to explore. Plan on being here for at least two hours if you want to see everything.

We have more than just rocks! Check out our large inventory of mulches, statuary, garden art, garden benches, fountains, brick pavers, retaining walls, stone patio materials, stone veneer siding.

Gem and mineral museum - full of fossils, shark teeth and interesting specimens! Also available are Lortone rock tumblers. Don't forget to get your FREE GIFT just for visiting.

Most products are outdoors in our yard area. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.

Most areas of the yard are wheelchair accessible, but some areas have steps and uneven terrain.

Rocks are heavy! How can I get my purchases home?

Option 1: Pick up the products in person with your vehicle.

Most of our bulk products are also available in bags which can be loaded into passenger vehicles.

Our helpful staff will load products into your car, SUV, or pickup truck. Just remember that you are responsible for unloading when you get home.

If you have an appropriate pickup truck, we can load directly into the open bed. Customers are responsible for protecting their vehicles.

Some customers choose to rent trucks from third party rental companies.

Option 2: Have the product delivered to your home.

This is the best option when purchasing larger amounts of product than will fit in your vehicle.

Delivery fee is based on type of product, amount, and location.

Standard single delivery maximum of 25 yards of mulch or 8 tons of rock (approximately 6 yards). Flatbed maximum of 32 pallets per delivery. Ask us if you need delivery of a larger amount.
